“Great location. Accommodation rundown and neglected.”
The location was fine, but there was no Wi‑Fi, no TV, and the coffeemaker was broken; cleaning missed the space under the beds, the bedside cabinet, and the bin wasn’t emptied during our stay; streaks on the walls where the roof leaked were left uncleaned; the wrong number was still posted on the office door, making it hard to find the correct one from the handwritten notice.
Nothing good; the property was dirty, the restaurant was closed, you could only order a pizza, and that was all they offered—NOT HAPPY.

The location and the staff were very good, and I didn't find the value lacking, but the absence of an exhaust fan in the washroom and a broken washroom lock were disappointments. The facilities could be improved, and coffee or breakfast should be offered even for a small extra fee.
