Nothing good because I couldn’t see it, and they cancelled us the same day without notice via the app, leaving us in a mess. Both the booking site and the hotel handled everything poorly, and we’re still fighting for the weekend expenses that ruined a wedding for 12 people; two weeks of complaints and nothing.
