The self‑check‑in requires taking a photo of your ID and filling out a lot of personal data, which is repetitive and insecure. The old check‑in only needed a document photo, a signature, and that’s it; the staff were already there. I’ve stayed many times because it felt okay, but I won’t come back because it’s uncomfortable. This time I rushed and paid, so I had to stay.

The room is fantastic—spacious, with a great shower and plenty of pillows. The mattress was lovely.

The staff were incredibly friendly, especially one brave woman who quickly swatted a cockroach with her bare hands—she was amazing! The hotel sits right next to a night market and a daytime market, surrounded by many great restaurants, and a helpful pharmacy is close by. Unfortunately, a cockroach greeted me at the welcome desk, and I assumed it might have come up from the sewer, so I ignored it. The real issue was a swarm of tiny ant‑like bugs; I didn’t notice them until after I’d gone to bed, and in the morning I saw countless insects crawling on the bed and monitor. I found bite marks all over my back and body.

The bed was large, the fridge was roomy, and overall the place was clean; the location was great and the staff were friendly.
