The location was great and the staff helpful, but when I booked the room I told the staff I was in a wheelchair and was assured it was accessible, yet it wasn’t wheelchair friendly. I managed by pulling myself onto a walker and then having someone lift my wheelchair into the room.

“Room was ok but getting very dated”

The dining room food was really bad – the crispy pork with fried rice had inedible pork nuggets, though the fried rice itself was fine.

The towels, pillows, and coffee were good, and checking in and out was easy, but the front lights leaked through the windows and the decor felt outdated.
