The public areas and the pool are nice, everything is clean, the location is convenient, out of the noise but the temples are 1.5 km away, staff are friendly. The room is not bad overall but the bathroom would need renovation and the air conditioning is a bit noisy.

The hotel is nice and the pool is large. The staff are friendly. However, there was a lot of noise from ongoing renovations and construction, especially when you’re in the pool area, which made it unpleasant. Breakfast options were limited. There were too many staff for the number of guests, so people kept coming to tables, asking questions, and doing duplicate work, creating a chaotic atmosphere. All with good intentions, but it made it hard to eat calmly.
