The front‑desk staff, especially Officer Shaheen, were exemplary in manners, very respectful, and went above and beyond. The rooms, however, were cramped and very small.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and secure, with a calm atmosphere. The rooms were orderly, allowing us to relax peacefully, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would choose this hotel again.
