A good hotel, but it needs a facelift. The key thing was that it was clean, even though it felt a bit worn. I noticed the mattresses were fairly new and comfortable. The terrace was a big plus. I can say the elevator is small and doesn't reach the top floor, and the stairs on the last row are somewhat steep, but they didn't pose a problem for us.

It was truly a very bad experience. I had booked the hotel two days before my arrival. When I got there, I was told the hotel had no free rooms because of renovation work. They instead showed me a storage room and said I could sleep there, even though it had just been painted and smelled strongly of paint. I was really shocked. Afterwards, they suggested taking me to another hotel. The other hotel on the neighboring street was also a big disappointment: it was very dirty, small, and had no elevator. I had to carry my suitcase up the stairs, and I even injured my hand. Still, there was no apology and no real help from the staff. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I am not satisfied with the handling and service at all.
