The location is great, close to the beach and next to Singleton Park. The downside was that my room was on the top floor, so there were a lot of stairs.

Everything was exactly as advertised and executed very well.

The neighbors in the rooms next to mine were friendly, the TV worked well and the bed was comfortable, but the owner’s communication was only average – I mentioned I was staying another night yet the cleaner still knocked on my door.

The bed was nice and the TV was good, but the door slamming late at night was annoying.
