The hostess was the highlight. She did everything she could to make our stay in Baku unforgettable, sharing her local knowledge and gladly showing us around. The front rooms face the road, so if you’re a light sleeper it can get quite noisy.

“Misleading parking information and an extremely frustrating stay.”

Before booking, I reached out to the host to confirm parking, and they wrote that free parking was available. When I arrived, I was just told to look for parking nearby, which turned out to be almost impossible. Parking was the biggest issue at this place. Finding an open spot within a 1–2 km radius was extremely hard, and I received two parking tickets during my three‑day stay. I’m very disappointed by the misleading information from the host. If they’d been honest from the start, I could have decided differently before booking. This caused needless stress, inconvenience, and extra costs.

The location is great. The breakfasts are good. The host’s attitude is excellent. There are no downsides.

Iya is kind, helpful, and welcoming. She made me feel very comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the location was excellent—close to everything and convenient for getting around. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place. Thank you, Iya, for your warm hospitality! ❤️
