The staff were very pleasant and the accommodation was cheap, which is good for young travelers, but the shared facilities were surprisingly well-equipped for the low price; however, the thin walls and the noise from doors opening and closing were bothersome.

“泊まるのが目的なら充分。ゆっくりくつろぐとか、プライベートを気にするなら少し厳しいと感じでしまうかも。”

It was inexpensive, but there was no soundproofing at all—so much that it felt like there were no walls.

Despite being relatively cheap, the facilities were well set up, and the staff at check‑in were helpful and courteous, but the location was a bit far from the nearest station and the Sapporo‑specific roads were uneven, making it hard to walk with luggage; as it’s a homestay, soundproofing isn’t to be expected.
