My room was nice, clean, and close to the pool and ice machine, which was convenient. The location near the windjammer and easy beach access was great. Parking was an issue.

Everything was within walking distance, so I didn’t have to drive all the time. I didn’t dislike anything.

The property was great and the location was excellent.

“False advertising and I believe they stole my upgrade fees.”

It sits right on the beach and the outdoor shower is handy for rinsing off, which is nice. However, we paid for an upgraded room with a partial ocean view and ended up on the first floor facing a bar; the bar’s loud music kept going late, and the patio was unusable because diners were almost face‑to‑face. When we asked the front‑desk lady if we’d been given the wrong room, she insisted it was a partial ocean view and that you could see the ocean by leaning over the railing, which I think is illegal and a terrible business practice. The stairs always smelled like trash, and the parking lot was a disaster—though not entirely the hotel’s fault, the lines and signage could be much better. The continental breakfast was terrible, which was the cherry on top.
