“An ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND HORRIBLE DUMP !”
Nothing! I don’t even know where to start. The woman at the front desk wouldn’t let us check in until 6 pm even though we arrived at noon, so we wanted to check in ASAP. When we returned at 6 pm she talked about renovations in all the other rooms; I said I wasn’t interested in the other rooms, we just wanted ours. As soon as we opened the door we were hit with the stench of sewer gas and a faint smell of rotting fish. Raw sewage was coming from the base of the toilet! We immediately looked for other accommodations but found none, so we slept (or tried to sleep) in our clothes. In the morning we went to the ski resort, then gathered our suitcases and checked out. No one asked why we were leaving early and they didn’t understand us, so we left. In my professional opinion the hotel was previously derelict, bought cheap, and no necessary repairs were done before renting it out. The sign says established 2024 and the hotel has parts of the ceilings falling in, so it should be demolished.
