“Great Location, just across from beach, simple, clean rooms, friendly staff.”
The location was great, just across the walkway to the beach, and the staff were friendly and helpful; the courtyard Tiki Bar was right there, and the room had a small kitchenette for staying in and beach chairs for the beach, but the decor was sparse, plain and simple, the beds could have been a little more comfortable, and the door latch was a little iffy and should be replaced.

I never had a better night than the one I spent in my car after losing my key at a hotel that had closed its front desk. I paid for the whole evening, walked out for dinner, and when I came back the desk was shut. They gave me an emergency number, but after calling several times and leaving voicemails, nobody answered or responded. I had no option but to sleep in my vehicle, even though the room was already paid for. I’ve traveled worldwide and never seen such a complete lack of customer service. Emergencies happen, but staff should always be available to help. It was absolutely horrible and extremely disappointing.
I loved my hometown. I had to leave so early.
