Casa de Férias Carioca sits on Rio’s beachfront, offering direct sea access, a terrace, and lush gardens. Family rooms feature air‑conditioning, private baths, fully fitted kitchens, and dining areas. Guests enjoy an on‑site bar, outdoor dining, free WiFi, a barbecue, coffee machine, and tables. Praia do Vidigal is a 15‑minute walk; Santos Dumont Airport lies 17 km away.

It has a cozy terrace, the view is nice, and Paulo is very friendly and attentive. The place is quiet, safe, and close to everything. From the Vidigal entrance you can walk up, it takes about 15 minutes or more if you have a lot of luggage. You can also take a mototaxi that takes a couple of minutes. The shared kitchen lacks enough utensils, there are missing cutlery, plates, and no cups. It’s a bit dirty but meets the basics. They handed us the room without sheets or blankets.

Very quiet and safe place. Spacious terrace with breathtaking view. Large room, window overlooking the sea. The hosts – Seu Jorge, Das Neves, and Paulo Henrique – are very friendly and helpful. It’s not far from the community entrance; it’s a short walk up. Vidigal is a community worth visiting. There are great restaurants, a pizzeria, and it’s very safe. You must do the Morro Dois Irmãos trail – fabulous! We liked everything.
