The view was great, the room was spacious, and the firm bed with good pillows was a highlight. The staff left something to be desired.

The setting was beautiful and the staff were friendly, but there was no elevator.

What a lovely spot in a bay! The room/suite was very spacious with nice décor and a beautiful bathroom. The on‑site restaurants served excellent breakfast and dinner. Nothing to complain about.

The place was clean, but there weren't enough mirrors in the room and the restaurant was understaffed.

The bed was super comfy and the lake view from the restaurant was a treat, plus the buffet had plenty of options. But the rooms felt a bit dated and had a lingering smell that put a damper on the stay.
