The staff were impressive, attentive and helpful, but the water stopped working, we couldn’t shower, and no alternative solutions were offered – a disaster!

Good location and good value

The location was fine, but the Wi‑Fi was bad, water was out for several hours, the air‑conditioning smelled while running, the bathroom was cramped and hard to enter, and there was no window in the room.

The hotel had its good points, like the comfy bed and plenty of pillows, and the WiFi was super reliable. But, unfortunately, it was a noisy place and we got a completely different vibe than what we were expecting. To top it off, we didn't get the sea view we were hoping for, and the location wasn't exactly what we thought it'd be.
