The location was good, but the breakfast didn’t have proper refills, the shower barely produced water, and other guests had complained about the same issues with no fixes. The hotel lacks maintenance and proper signage on the PLACAS.

“Experiência ruim”

The location is good, even though it’s inside a shopping mall. The room was poorly maintained, outlets didn’t work, shampoo was empty, and toilet paper was in a dispenser—unacceptable in a hotel. The “king” bed was actually two mattresses with a foam layer between them. The air conditioner wasn’t working, and the only alternative room offered was lower quality and had a terrible smell. No compensation was given. Breakfast was weak, not because of variety but because of the quality of what was offered.

“O preço parece bom, mas o serviço não compensa.”

The location is great and the room overlooking the park is very quiet, but the staff were indifferent and there was no table for all guests at breakfast. The cups ran out, I asked for more, and the staff said I’d have to wait for the kitchen to come and wash them. It was surreal!

“Frustração”

The location was fine, but the old, poorly maintained facilities, cramped breakfast room, oversized tables for the small space (I spent 20 min on the first day just to grab a snack), limited variety at breakfast, floor outlets, poor reading light in the room, and a courteous but indifferent receptionist made it feel like a 2‑star hotel even though I paid for 4 stars. I expected much more.
