I didn't find anything positive, but the food was dirty and the kitchen was dirty too.

The corner spot right next to the night market was spot on, and my deluxe room overlooked the market, which I really liked. The room was large, the bed was comfortable, and the colors were great—definitely a good price for a room that size. The staff were helpful and everything ran smoothly.

The building feels old-fashioned. When you check out, you have to leave the key at reception; the staff provide a duplicate key, so your belongings aren’t secure and they can open the room without permission. Yesterday, while I was changing clothes, a staff member opened my room with their duplicate key without knocking first, which shocked me—luckily I wasn’t in a hurry 😁. That was really bad.

The location was convenient, giving easy access to Roxas Street and our downtown appointment. However, the WIFI in the rooms didn’t work, there was no TV, and no ice was available. Breakfast was only mediocre at best, lacking condiments or a la carte items. The night clerk promised ice, but it never arrived.

Breakfast was terrible, but the hotel itself is solid. The breakfast portion was tiny, tasteless, and didn’t add any value to the overall experience.
