From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how Japanese the property felt, and the hosts were wonderful—offering welcome tea, breakfast, a ride to the bus stop, and dinner recommendations, all without any hassle, making the stay truly memorable.

“One of the best experience ever”

The hosts were exceptional, and sleeping on the futon felt great; the onsen was incredible, and the breakfast, though small, was lovingly prepared. It might be a bit far from Nagano’s center, but a 20‑minute bus ride is well worth the experience.

The hosts were incredibly kind, handed us a homemade welcome basket, and gave us the best local tips right away; there was nothing wrong—everything was fantastic!

“One of our favourite stays in Japan. The hots were amazing!”

The new build looked beautiful, with historic touches like 100‑year‑old doors, and the room was comfortable and spacious. It’s a little far from Nagano train station, but there are plenty of nearby amenities.
