The location and the pool with the stunning view were the only positives, but the experience was very disappointing. The hotel is old and neglected, and the only benefits I see are the location and the pool with the beautiful view. I wouldn’t recommend it. The reception staff were unpleasant and unhelpful. Additionally, we didn’t get the room we booked: we ordered a room with a balcony, but received a ground‑floor room with a garden exit. When we asked to change, we were told the hotel was fully booked and no compensation or alternative was offered. We chose the hotel based on the pictures and the room description in the booking, and the gap between what we received and what was promised was disappointing. Good location and nice view are not enough when maintenance and service are this poor.

“Good sleep,great location. nice people.”

The hotel offered great value for money and was very comfortable. It sits right between the two main beaches—the pier beach and the party beach—so everything is close and quick to get to. It’s far enough from the parties to stay quiet at night, yet close enough if you want to go out. The swimming pool is excellent—very clean, convenient, and with a beautiful view of the mountains. The bathroom and shower were clean. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay thanks to its outstanding position and good value. Hygiene isn’t bad overall, but it could be much better; some unnecessary areas are dirtier than they should be. Breakfast could also be improved with a bit more seasoning and spices. While the location is excellent and the pool is nice, the cleanliness in certain parts of the property and the breakfast leave room for improvement.
