“They just don’t care”
Nothing to mention positively; the staff were rude, racist, and the place didn’t feel safe.
The spot is great, but the power kept cutting out and the room was filthy when I arrived.
I drove from Minneapolis to Kansas City and after hours of waiting, I was told no rooms were available; finally, my family and I were given a dirty, under‑construction room that smelled of cigarettes, had no fridge, and no water bottle was provided. The carpet was awful, breakfast was terrible, and overall the service was disappointing.

The bathtub was nice, yet the lights kept flickering, the room was dirty, the bathroom door handle was broken, we were unknowingly assigned a shared room, there was no fridge or microwave, the vending machines were broken, and the staff claimed they couldn’t fix any of these issues.
