The apartment was roomy and clean, and the shower was excellent. There was no air‑conditioning and no coffee‑making facilities.

Die Lage ist perfekt, das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett bequem, der Frühstück war vielfältig, frisch,liebevoll zubereitet und angerichtet, die Tische sehr schön dekoriert. Wirklich sehr schön! Obwohl die Züge die ganzen Nacht passieren , mit geschlossenen Fenster,hat man fast gar nichts gehört. Da hat man keinen Einfluss-die laute Gäste die durch den Flur passieren, sehr laut lachen und reden, obwohl schon nach 22:00 Uhr ist

Lovely old hotel. The room was nice and the sheets on the bed were truly amazing quality! We loved them and want them at home! Nice breakfast and safe bike storage. The room was far from reception and required many stairs with no elevator. The lady at reception was very efficient but not very friendly…which is actually ok.

Breakfast was good but could have been more varied; the kitchenette was a highlight. The balcony looked out over the Rhine and the Niederwalddenkmal. The TV remote was disappointing – no settings, few channels.
Location was fine. The cleanliness, especially of the toilet, left something to be desired, and the staff’s behaviour, particularly the front desk, felt awkward. Lower‑level staff were criticized loudly by guests.
