I stayed for eleven nights at Dar Tawarta and every single one was flawless. The spot is perfect for exploring Dakhla, just a 10‑minute walk to the sea, and the room was cozy and spotless; breakfast and dinner were real treats. The hot sulphur pool was especially soothing, turning each dip into a relaxing moment. What made the trip unforgettable was the welcome from Françoise and her entire team, who took care of us from start to finish. Françoise shared the history of Morocco with contagious enthusiasm, offered priceless local tips, and every recommendation hit the mark. She was especially attentive to my wife’s dietary detail, even doing research to find the best options, and any request of ours was handled within an hour. And then there were the animals, especially Paco the little parrot, who made us laugh and added charm to the house. We left not only calm but also with a fresh outlook on life, enriched by lessons we only get from genuine encounters. I recommend this place without hesitation, for both comfort and humanity.

We absolutely loved every moment of our stay with my husband; we didn’t want to leave. The place feels warm and Françoise is fantastic, as is the rest of the staff. It’s a gorgeous spot to rest, unwind, and feel out of place amid the greenery and animals—amazing. I wholeheartedly recommend this place with my eyes closed.

The stay was unforgettable. After a few disappointing days at a lagoon hotel, we finally found a peaceful, calm, and authentically relaxing family spot.
