The location was good, yet the facilities were old and walls were dirty. The bathroom tap leaked and electrical contacts were loose. There were many cockroaches and insects. The staff lacked customer service; most didn’t solve problems. At 10 pm, the reception air conditioning was paid for, yet the temperature was 40 °C.

The location was fine, but the staff had no authority to solve problems and didn’t provide night support; they pressured employees until the issue was passed to the guest, never resolving it. The bar was in terrible condition—plaster falling, mold everywhere, loose wooden floors, and zero attitude from the bar staff. They gave a complimentary beer coupon, but the bar closed before the guest could use it and didn’t honor the coupon the next day. The buffet was varied, yet ordering eggs to your liking cost extra and that wasn’t disclosed. The restaurant fans had not been cleaned in years.

Without a doubt, it remains the best breakfast buffet among all the hotels I’ve stayed in. The rooms are simple and pleasant, but breakfast is the highlight. The location isn’t bad either. The pool closes at 10 pm. The pool needs maintenance because a tile is broken, yet we still had a good time. The pillows are very large and a bit firm.

La zona donde esta ubicado. De facil accseso. Por causas de fecha festuvo no tuvieron la habitacion solicitado. Dand9me otra habitacion
