Breakfast was okay, but the toilet was too low and there was no bath mat in the bathroom.

I was told the computers were down so they wouldn’t let me stay, and they also denied access to my room, claiming they couldn’t. I never received a refund, even though they recorded my name for it, and I still haven’t heard anything back—please sort this out.

The system was down for hours before I arrived, yet they still managed to check me into a room so I wouldn’t have to wait; the staff were great, the place was very clean, and breakfast was included.

The view was nice, but the bathroom had sunken floors, mold, dirty walls, and it seemed they hadn’t even vacuumed.
