The location is best ,and the food is not bad. Good day, I would like to raise a complaint regarding my stay at your hotel on Friday. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the condition of the room. The room was not properly cleaned, and there was dust all over the floor. The blankets also had an unpleasant smell, which made the stay uncomfortable. For a hotel, cleanliness and the comfort of your guests should be taken seriously. As paying customers, we expect to receive a clean and comfortable room when staying at your establishment. I would appreciate it if management could look into this matter and ensure that the necessary steps are taken to improve the cleanliness and quality of the rooms. Customers should feel valued and taken seriously when they choose to stay at your hotel. Thank you, and I look forward to your response

“Poor location”

The room was clean, but the tap water pressure was so low I could barely shower or bathe, the neighbors were noisy and disturbing, the area felt poor, and we were scared.

The historic vibe and friendly staff made the visit pleasant. Nothing to add.

“A great place to stay in the Karoo.”

We really liked staying at The Karoo Country Inn; the room was comfy and spotless, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. We had two great meals at the restaurant and plan to return for the 2027 Winter Wool Festival. The only hiccup was a brief water outage in the morning, probably due to frozen pipes; it was cold outside, but the issue was fixed quickly.
