The staff barely speak English, making communication tough; the internet keeps dropping out. The bathroom is tiny and water splashes everywhere. The food repeats itself, and the sea water is dirty, requiring frequent cleaning. People also swim in the pool wearing their clothes.

“Worst experience”

I didn't like much about this place. The resort is clearly aging and worn out; it could be a decent 3‑star hotel if not for the lack of cleanliness, outdated facilities, limited activities, its distance from Alanya and Antalya, and overcrowding. It has clearly taken on more guests than it can handle. You must wake up at 5 am to snag a poolside chair, and all the pools are packed, so swimming is rare. Cats roam the restaurant area, licking plates, which is a problem for anyone with allergies. Rooms and other facilities are usually very dirty, and the staff do their best, but the crowd is overwhelming. If you’re looking to rest and relax, this isn’t the place. The price is extremely high for an overrated hotel; there are newer, cleaner resorts nearby at similar rates.

“Jag och min familjen varit tillsammans kan rekommendera”

The stay was good. When you want to sunbathe and relax, you see that all the sun loungers are already booked. If the hotel offered a reservation system for the loungers, it would be much better.

“Впечатления хорошие”

I really liked the hotel staff, everyone was responsive and friendly. Special thanks to the front‑desk lady Anushka, who helped and asked about my stay. The hotel grounds are very green and beautiful, pleasant to walk around. The rooms are clean and newly renovated. The food at the restaurant is scattered, and the water on the beach is murky.
