The location was ideal for a nearby birthday party, and the guesthouse arranged an airport transfer to and from Lanseria, which saved us from having to rent a car; they let us check in early and had a late breakfast, which was very convenient. However, the proximity to the Barry Hertzog motorway meant we could hear traffic all night.

The spot’s location is gorgeous, safe, and close to a shopping store; the place itself felt beautiful and tranquil.

Breakfast wasn’t included, but the room had tea, coffee, and a kettle; the garden with lounge was very pretty. We rode an Uber that arrived in just a few minutes. When we arrived, we were greeted, but then never saw any staff again.

The location is good. The noise from the ring is loud, and some of the furnishings feel old, like the carpet.
