The stay was absolutely peaceful, restful, safe, clean, and comfortable. Dona Georgina is a lovely hostess.

Breakfast wasn’t included, but coffee and bread were offered in the morning. The proprietress was a huge plus—she was amenable, helpful, friendly, and genuinely cared about our well‑being, even driving us to a nearby town for the market. I can’t praise her enough; she was great. The accommodation is quite a distance from Oaxaca in a small village. We didn’t have a car and had to use collectivos and a bus to reach town, then taxis to return to the village. The bungalows would be ideal if you had your own car. Moreover, there was little food in the village, and during the Día de las Muertes festival all shops were closed—there was nothing. I also disliked that the in‑town accommodation I booked earlier that year cancelled our stay, forcing me to find an alternative when options in our price range were scarce. I’m disappointed with Booking for that reason and likely won’t use it again.

The grounds themselves were pretty nice and pleasant, and the value for money was decent. The staff were very attentive, offering us coffee with bread every morning and ready to help. However, on the day we arrived everything was closed and no one was there to greet us, even though we’d already spoken to them and told them our arrival time, so we had to call booking to sort it out. One day we had no water in the morning, and the windows let in a lot of light when the sun came out. No one cleaned the floor during the six days we stayed, nor did they change the towels. There was no light or sockets near the bed.

“Tranquilo, limpio, excelente internet y buen relacion costo-beneficio”

The staff were attentive, the room was spacious and clean. The place is very pleasant, with a big, nice garden and small kiosks to rest. The internet was very fast. A couple of times I ran out of water, but a quick WhatsApp to the manager fixed it fast.
