Giro, the owner, was very friendly. The facilities were very old and poorly maintained, and the price was high for what was offered.
“It was basic but met my needs. Best price for a long stay.”
The spot is awesome, the owners are super friendly and helpful, and the place is basic but spotlessly clean.
The location is super central, but the accommodation feels like a family mess—loud, with shouting and a very unsympathetic host lady who never greets you or says goodbye, which is oddly off. The room smells bad and is damp, the hosts are very unfriendly, and the place is pricey for what you get. I won't be back.
“Excelente custo benefício!”
Everything was simple but functional, clean and organized. The family is very attentive.
“comfortable, safe, incredible location, great air conditioning, very affordable, cheap laundry.”
The lodging was great, utilitarian, and comfortable with strong air conditioning—essential in Nicaragua in March. It was safe, secure, and had good Wi‑Fi. The location was incredible, right in the heart of the entertainment district next to the beach, yet it wasn’t noisy. The owners were always available and knowledgeable. I left four shirts, four pants, underwear, and socks to be laundered and they charged about $2 US. I plan to return in June for deep‑sea fishing marlin and sailfish and will book again at Don Wilfredo's. Everything was good.
