Good location. The room looked nothing like the pictures. We were given a room on the 3rd floor, (attic like) and heat rises. Minimal water pressure in the shower, stationary shower head couldn’t turn on water without getting hit with the cold water. Joked about taking showers in the pool bathroom

The rooms were great, spacious and clean. The location is excellent: nearby everything but tucked away in a quiet area. Saidali N helped us in many different ways, and was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast choices are very limited and the croissants really not good. Also I don't mind the chickens, but I do when they jump on the table and steal my bagel. you always had to be on alert to "shoo" them away, not very relaxing

This is our third time staying with Cabana Inn Key West, one of the great things about the Cabana Inn is the location, it is right where you want to be in Key West, everything is in walking distance. But the best thing about the Cabana Inn is the Staff, Mr. Saidali and Mrs. Morgan was absolutely fantastic, they were extremely helpful with everything on site and Mr. Saidali was very helpful prior to arrival, he helped coordinate with when I needed to add additional days to our trip on short notice. I can't say enough about the staff!. There was very little we didn't love about the property, but trying to coordinate with on adding the additional days was very difficult, 's help desk does not have the correct contact information for the Cabana Inn, the phone number they have on file is incorrect, but when I explained it to them, they replied that they could not call any other number. I had both the Cabana Inn Desk Agent and the agent on the phone together and still the agent was unable to help. Thankfully Mr. Saidali had the experience to work things out and help

Location, size of the rooms, comfortable bed. Chickens are everywhere stealing your food and you need to be careful where you walk because of their poop
