It’s a good property but it is not managed properly. The housekeeping employees are not doing the work properly; the next morning when they cleaned the bedroom, the glasses were not cleaned, and in other words, they are not cleaning or giving a proper cleaning.

The breakfast was excellent, but one elevator was broken and the wait during rush hour was very long.

We usually stay at this hotel in Nha Trang, and rooms are on higher floors with sea views and a bathtub; this time we were told the last room available had no view and we didn't like it, even though the price was high for that room. The hotel was always clean.
