The staff were polite, helpful and courteous, and there was nothing to dislike; the guys did their best.

The hotel's branding, Bloom, looks great, but that's about it. Room 407 is right across from the dumpster, and the smell of trash hits you as soon as you step onto the 4th floor - not exactly the best welcome. To make matters worse, the breakfast oil tasted like it had been reused, which was pretty off-putting, especially with the deep-fried food. Lots of dogs in the area, which might be a turn-off for some.
