The only downsides were the rude admin on the phone, no heating, a grimy bathroom, and a general mess. But the location was pretty good.

The place is close to the metro, in a quiet neighborhood, and the staff is friendly. We checked in at 9 PM and they welcomed us. They even brought us an extra blanket and a space heater when we asked. There's a shared bathroom, toilet, and kitchen, and a fridge and microwave too. However, the water is really rusty and the bathroom and toilet get dirty quickly, but I knew about that from reading reviews. The shower also had a leak, but after mentioning it, everything was fixed the next day.

I always come here like it's my home away from home. It's super convenient, quiet, and comfortable, and there's infrastructure nearby. The admins are always friendly and welcoming, and the neighbors are always nice and respectful. I always recommend "Guest House on Osokorokha" to my friends and acquaintances.

The bed was huge, the staff was friendly, there were no loud neighbors, and it's close to where I needed to be. But there were no clean cups, forks, storage space, or enough towels.
