“Excelente experiência.”

The location is excellent, clean, and the staff are great. I didn’t stay long.

“Desta vez, razoável. Anteriormente nas nossas outras hospedagens, sempre foi excelente.”

The location was good. The bed size and mattresses were old and the foam felt “worn out”. I asked for a room change and it took a long time, not because the staff were unwilling, but because they didn’t have the authority to make the switch. After a tiring, uncomfortable night, a room change was finally approved, improving the comfort.
