It was good that I could use the kitchen for cooking, with pots and pans available. The gas‑type kettle kept the shower water steady. The room had no heating, so it was very cold at night, and some rooms didn’t get much sunlight.

The owner was warm, and at night it was cold but they sent an extra blanket

I liked that I could actually see a bit of real Georgian life, the family was very friendly and even brought me homemade Georgian food. It was also great that I could use the washing machine.
