The view was great, but the stairs were a pain, and nobody ever greeted me at the front desk; I had to head to the restaurant just to pick up my key, and the carpet looked pretty dirty. Overall, the place felt like it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly – I even had to scrape off dried makeup from a previous guest on the bathroom counter with my fingernails. The stairs need two railings, one on each side.
The room was comfortable and the location was convenient, but we never saw any staff and on the second day we didn't get any coffee refills.

The place is beautiful and the location is great. Nothing to complain about.
The hotel sits on a quiet corner yet is still within walking distance of downtown, making it easy to stroll to a variety of shops, cafés, and eateries. The only downside is that it's not really a "bed and breakfast"; instead, they hand out a coupon for the diner next door.
