The complimentary shuttle service was excellent, communication with the hotel was smooth, and the room was clean and roomy for one night. We only slept 7 hours, so we didn’t get to explore the hotel, but everyone was friendly and professional. The room had tea bags but no kettle, and we didn’t have time to ask the desk for one.

Their osso buco is fantastic, and the transfer service to MXP was very attentive. The plumbing noise from other rooms and the smell of food in the corridors were annoying.

The logistics were great—just a 10‑minute walk from Malpensa, reached by the hotel shuttle that I booked, which saved me from parking at the airport; they were super efficient, available, and kind. The room was spacious and had everything you need.

“Great hotel for a night by the airport”

The reception staff were wonderful, the family room was very spacious, and the free shuttle to the airport was the main reason I booked! The pool area is a good place to relax. It’s a little outdated, the location isn’t pretty, but it’s an airport hotel so I don’t hold it against them.
