“We enjoyed or stay. Very clean and cozy place. Friendly staff”

I appreciated that we were only 3 miles from the family we were visiting, and after a 24‑hour flight it felt like a cozy place to stay. We struggled with the old push‑button door opener; even though the email said it was on the door, it was hard to spot at 3 am. I would remove the unused old opener and put a sign explaining where the push button is, especially since there are two controls—one next to the door and one on the handle, which is black and hard to see at night.

“I would only stay here in the winter unless they put in an A/C in the kitchen & bathroom.”

The bedroom was nicely done, but the temperature hovered in the 90s and there was no A/C in the bathroom or kitchen. A separate hand towel should have been provided instead of a shared towel, and no facecloth was supplied.

“It was decent but I wouldn't stay again and I would've liked an option to refund the second night.”

I found the beds super comfy and the TV great, plus the room codes were really handy. But I was disappointed with the cleanliness: hair in my bed that wasn’t mine, stains on the throw pillow, a shared bathroom mat that felt unsanitary, a shower that wasn’t clean, a dirty sink, and a dusty plant near the toilet.

The lack of privacy was a big issue—having only one bathroom for three bedrooms made the stay feel uncomfortable.
