It was quiet and the bed was comfy, yet our room wasn’t made up on the second day; we hung a “make up room” sign on the door handle, but when we returned that night, there were no towels and the room was untidy—likely because the card fell off the handle. The next day, fresh towels arrived and the room was tidy.
