Sana from the dining staff was extremely kind and made the meals enjoyable, giving us wonderful travel memories—thanks a lot. The amenity supplies felt a bit lacking, but given the hotel’s long history it wasn’t a real issue.

The onsen was amazing - it was huge and had an outdoor bath, which was so relaxing. However, the room was a bit of a letdown - the facilities felt old and the unit bath made the toilet feel cramped and awkward to use.
