“people who book through Booking are treated worse”

The view from the window was great, but I booked a room for three people and only found two towels and no toilet paper. The front desk said that because I booked, I should contact them for a towel and toilet paper. The room had not been vacuumed in about a year, the tap had no water pressure, and there were lots of cockroaches.

The place was cheap and simple, but otherwise quite valid. Checking in was extremely complicated because it was a normal apartment building and the security asked for a room number that was never given to us. The security was very helpful and called the owners, who then gave a wrong room number, so we were on the 17th floor but couldn't get into the room because we only had a numeric code and the door was locked by a lock. After a lot of back‑and‑forth and random attempts to see if any nearby room opened with the numeric code, we finally found it. Absolutely disappointing because they could have sent us the room number and numeric code via booking in advance.

“החדר היה סביר, כן היה מטבח מאובזר מקום לשבת ומקלחת טובה אבל הייתה כמות של גוקים בכל מקום בחדר וזה הרס את כל החוויה לא הי”

The kitchen and the room were furnished and had everything we needed, but the insane amount of bugs and insects on the curtains, floor, sofa, and bed was shocking. It also took a long time to find the room because its name on Booking was not on any map or navigation app.

“Cómodo y coqueto”

The bed was comfortable and the option to cook was a plus, but it was a bit tricky to locate the place. The location on maps is incorrect; better to look for the San Marino building.
