The staff were fantastic, very friendly, welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. A special mention to the lovely cleaning ladies, who were always so kind and did a wonderful job keeping everything clean and comfortable. The facilities were great and well maintained, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with a lovely selection. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very well looked after

The room was huge and the front desk staff were very welcoming.

The hotel’s location was good for a traditional high‑ranked property, but we were hit with a terrible cigarette smell in the room that was only fixed the next day.
