The beds were comfortable, the air‑conditioning and internet were good, and walking to the airport was easy; there was a small shop halfway to the airport and the pool. Being treated like family was a special touch. The main village was about 6 k away.

The airport was within walking distance, and a rental car and a simple grocery shop were a 5‑minute walk away. The pool felt like a nice luxury, the room was immaculate, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the day trip to Nukuloa was superb. The price was steep, the island wasn’t really set up for travelers or tourists, and it was so hot that the pool wasn’t refreshing during the day; wait until night or early morning to swim.

The pool, the distance to the airport, and a nearby shop were positives; the absence of lunch and dinner was a downside, though there was a nearby shop you could go to.
