The restaurant and skywalk were great, but the hotel and rooms were really rundown, smelly, and dirty.

The hotel was easy to spot, which was a relief when I was with my daughter and 6‑year‑old granddaughter. Parking was a nightmare – the lot is huge, but only a few rows are near the entrance. I’m disabled and couldn’t find a clear handicapped spot, so I had to park farther away. When we got to the front, a group of about 5‑7 people, some with hoods on, were smoking right outside. Nobody moved when I asked, so we had to walk through them. I’d pre‑registered online, so check‑in was quick.

“A nice room with good restaurant on site”

The spot was great – close to a bunch of restaurants and the parking was on site. The staff were friendly and the whole check‑in and check‑out process went smoothly. My room was clean and nicely arranged, so overall it was a solid stay.
