The staff were friendly and welcoming, the backwater cruise was enjoyable, and the bed was comfortable. However, the bathroom was not clean, the food ingredients were poor causing stomach aches and vomiting, and there were a lot of mosquitoes, though the hotel is not responsible for them.

The upper deck was great and offered a nice spot to unwind; lunch and dinner were tasty and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was poorly maintained, mosquitoes were plentiful, and breakfast didn’t match the quality of lunch and dinner.

The cabin was very comfortable, the crew was excellent, and the food was delicious; they respected our wish to avoid crowds and guided us through beautiful backwaters. We spent two nights aboard and wish we had stayed longer.

Friendly staff, plenty of food options, comfy boats and rooms, and a great view with a two‑day cruise. Mosquitoes were a problem, no cream was provided on day one, and the kids got many bites and swelling.

The atmosphere was super relaxed and the backwater views were stunning. Staff were always ready to help and took great care of us. The onboard food was excellent and added to the overall experience. It was a peaceful and unique way to explore the backwaters, a definite highlight of our trip. The beds felt a bit firm, but otherwise it was a great stay.
