“Excellent Experience, But Staff Needs Improvement”
Despite some issues with the staff, our overall experience was excellent. However, the staff could have been more helpful and friendly.
“Comfortable but Noisy”
The bed was super comfy and the location was amazing, but the noise from the other guests and the room next door was a real issue. I could hear everything, including the sound of the water in the bathroom. It was super annoying and made it hard to sleep.

The hotel was spotless, which is a big plus in my book. The cleanliness was top-notch, and I appreciated that. A minor complaint is that the room could've been a bit more spacious, but it didn't bother me too much.
