La Quinta by Wyndham Jonesboro

“Review”

The location was super convenient, and most staff were fine, except for one person checking us in around 4 pm on Saturday who kept shouting “F✨CK” over and over whenever something went wrong; it wasn’t whispered, just loud and irritating, but the rest of the team were great.

“Excellent will stay there every time I visit”

Everything was clean and everything was wonderful.

“I had not stayed at a LaQuinta in years because of previous issues, today has not totally convinced me to try again….”

The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the lobby and room stayed clean, but the breakfast attendant was on her speakerphone loudly making a personal call the whole time we ate. The eggs, sausage, biscuits, and hash browns were barely warm, we couldn’t find hot water for oatmeal, and the milk jug was empty for cereal even though we were the only ones eating then.

“Paid in advance and completed early checkin. Was told I needed to pay again”

The mattress was comfortable, but the room smelled when we checked in.

We were just there to sleep on an unexpected trip and didn’t do anything else; the place was clean, the staff were friendly, and we slept in.
