“Un buen sitio para estar en el centro de Catania.”

Maria, the owner, was kind enough to help me with a very late check‑in because I arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night after the Catania airport had problems with Etna. I really appreciated her attentiveness at such a late hour. The location is very central, which is great for exploring the city, but it also becomes a major inconvenience for arrivals and departures because of the heavy traffic. Parking in the area is also difficult, and the parking spot the owner recommended was very expensive. The bathroom had no shampoo or shower gel, and I would have liked to meet Maria in person instead of having to contact her via WhatsApp throughout my 4‑day stay; a face‑to‑face interaction is always more personal.

The location is good, but one of the mattresses was completely sunken in the middle—not just slightly: it was so deformed that I felt like I was about to fall toward the center. I slept terribly and woke up with a severe backache.

“Ottima soluzione per Catania centro”

The managers are very communicative and helpful. Even with a late‑night arrival after midnight, they were ready and available for access. The location is quite close to the center, and there is plenty of street parking.

“New high quality rooms, excellent location, something to fix to sleep better”

The apartment was fully refurbished—everything is new. The bathroom is large and the location is excellent, right next to Villa Bellini on a side street off Via Etnea. The air conditioning was quite noisy—something was a bit off. At night, the shower leaked a little, so I was woken up often and couldn't sleep well. I hope they fix both problems.
