“Lovely charming hotel”

A tiny, elegant, modern hotel that blew me away—every corner oozed quality and tasteful design. Parking was a hassle because it sits right in Ragusa’s center.

“Bella esperienza”

Great spot close to Ragusa’s center. The building itself is gorgeous; our room had a stunning decorated ceiling, an incredibly comfortable bed, and a brand‑new bathroom. We used the well‑maintained spa, and the staff promptly supplied us with herbal tea when we asked. The team was friendly and helpful throughout, truly commendable. A couple of minor points: the room wasn’t very sound‑proof, and the breakfast could use more options, especially local Sicilian specialties.

“Would not recommend it. Terrible value and terrible service.”

Nothing positive to mention. Breakfast ran out by 9:00 am, though it was supposed to last until 10:00. The front desk lady was terribly unfriendly, the air conditioner didn’t work and took 45 minutes to fix, and we sat waiting to see if we had to change rooms—almost missed our tour.

The room was spacious, clean, and fully equipped. Staff were kind and courteous. Breakfast was good.

“Ottimo soggiorno”

A very pretty building located in a historic palace. The public parking, available for a very reasonable fee, was just a few minutes’ walk from the hotel. The room was large and clean, though the bathroom felt a bit small. We also used the hotel’s SPA, which is truly beautiful. Breakfast was a bit thin, but overall it was fine.
